        • Nesiritide (Natrecor)
    • Morphine
      • Reduces preload and afterload
      • Relieves dyspnea and anxiety
    • Positive inotropes
      • β-agonists (dopamine, dobutamine, norepinephrine  [Levophed])
      • Phosphodiesterase inhibitor (milrinone)
      • Digitalis
